Our item of the week is this slip covered sofa. Was $2,313 now $1,799!
Did you know we offer full service design? We can help you with a remodel, new build, or just a space. Not close to us? No worries we offer E-design too!
We love how much paint and new furniture can transform a room. This room is almost unrecognizable after it was done with our design. Take a look at the before and after.
We’re excited to share with you a recent project, that was so fun to work on! It was designed by Debbie Albrethsen. Our client just moved from California to Utah and was missing the coastal feel she was used to. She moved into a mountain rustic home that didn’t reflect her style. While it wasn’t in bad shape she wanted a house that embodied her style more. So that’s what we did, we remodeled almost everything. New tile, new paint, new carpet throughout, and new furniture with more pops of color.
Our gorgeous item of the week is the curved sofa with a nailhead detail. We currently have one in stock in a grey fabric on sale for $2,344.40.
You can also order this in different fabric selections and nailhead colors. Hurry in you’ll love it!
I’m excited to share with you this wonderful Parade home we designed. The tub in the shower is such a unique idea, and I love the striped tile as well. The kitchen is heavenly with the Moroccan Trellis tile mixed with the rustic wood island. The mixing of the dining chairs adds character and a unique look to the space. The kids room are fun and colorful.
It’s the last day of this gorgeous home tour! You’ll have to check out the awesome tile work in the bathrooms. The doors entering the theatre room are something I’ve never seen done before, they open up at the corner of the room.
How fun would it be to have a rock climbing wall for the kids, and a full sized basketball court?
Day 5 of this AMAZING home tour is here. My favorite part is the laundry room. I love the mix of complimentary colors, and the rippled farmhouse sink! If I had a laundry room this fun, I might go in there and want to get it done.
Part 3 of this AMAZING home tour is here! The piano room is my favorite, and oh my is it gorgeous! Everything from the wall color, the herringbone floor, and the pattern on the ceiling has so much attention to detail.
Stay tuned for part 4 on Thursday!
Day 2 of this amazing dream home designed by super talented Lindy Allen of Four Chairs. You have to check out the detail on the kitchen island, how fun is that? Lindy made sure every detail was perfect, and it shows! I love the leaded glass above the doors! You can get all the furniture and lighting at Four Chairs. Ever get stuck on how to arrange your pillows on your sofa? Hopefully this guide will give you a little help.
I like to start with a pair of 20″ or 22″ pillows in the back, then add in 18″ or 20″ pillows in front. Next add a pillow in the middle or a lumbar to one side. You can have all the pillows symmetrical or add in different sizes.
I like to have a least two with the same pattern. If you have one pillow fabric that has all your colors from you color scheme in it, that will help you pull from. Use this pillow as a guide and pull different colors and patterns from it.
Keep your pillows symmetrical with 2 on each side and one in the middle, or throw it off by adding three on one side and two on the other. Did I loose you yet? I’ll let the pictures do the talking, I’m more of a visual learner anyways.
If you want six pillows on your sofa add a lumbar to one of the sides. This will keep things interesting.
For a smaller settee add 2-3 pillows and a throw. Try to keep the pillows different sizes.
On a sectionals, have a grouping of pillows on each corner and end. Try to bring as many of the colors from your color scheme into each section. On this sectional we have beige, coral, and aqua in each section, and even though not all of them match they coordinate to make it pleasing to the eye.
I love that you can change a couch just by adding pillows. It’s a quick fix if you want a new feel for a room but don’t want to break the bank on a new sofa. Now go start decorating!!
Who doesn’t love a great before and after? In this kitchen we didn’t spend a lot and changed the look just adding paint, and what a huge difference it makes! Sometimes it doesn’t require a huge budget to transform a space. Just change hardware, add paint and you’ll have a whole new room!
Here at Four Chairs we love to mix our dining, we try to think outside the box, and do something a little unexpected. It’s sure to make a statement in your home!
Here we nixed chairs altogether and added in little benches. How great would this be for a game room?
Try adding in different styles. Here we have a very contemporary table with leather chairs. Then we put in traditional caption chairs. Completely unexpected but it works!
We added four soft blue upholstered chairs to this reclaimed wood dining table that we painted in white.
We added two types of chairs to this table. Leather end chairs mixed with a white wood chair, then added a settee to the other side.
Here we have one of our famous youth chairs! These come in lots of different colors and toddlers and preschoolers LOVE them!
We mixed metal distressed white chairs, and kept the bench the same as the table. I recommend benches at a table if you have a limited budget, space, and want to fit a lot of people in around your table.
Hopefully this inspires you to mix it up next time you do a dining table and chairs!!
We’ve collected a few of our favorite things in coral and blue. You can find all of these on our website, or call in to the store and we can help you!
